We don’t have to eat a lot of meat, but if we do, then the dish better be great. Try to use free-range or organic chicken if you can - if we mainly stick to veggies and have quality meat from time to time, then it won’t be that expensive. But if you really cannot buy organic now, then just use regular and don’t beat yourself up for it. Mashed eggs and avocados with halloumi in a taco. 🥚🥑🌮 This seems like a wonderful breakfast, but honestly, I made it for dinner and couldn’t have been more satisfied…  Btw, @nigellalawson once said in one of her books that she considers Halloumi as a vegetarian bacon. Surprisingly, there is 21.1 g of protein per 100 g of sunflower seed butter! 🌻  This can’t-stop-snacking-it dessert works for nut allergies, gluten intolerance, and a plant-based diet. The first time I filmed them, they turned out a bit thinner than I wanted—but the recipe itself never failed me. Soft, simple, and one of those everyday things that just works. White Chocolate – Pistachio – Cappuccino Cupcakes 🧁  If you wish for a healthier version of the exact same thing, check out my previous post before this one! But here I share the initial, more indulgent recipe - both versions are absolutely# bulletproof. 🤎  The ingredients are below, and the instructions are in the first comment! 💬  For the muffins 🥧  12 muffin paper liners
3 eggs
115 g room temperature butter or extra virgin coconut oil
100 g sugar
125 g milk
190 g sifted plain flour
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
80 g white chocolate  For the frosting 🍥  Piping bag with your preferred piping tip
(or simply spoon the frosting on — works just as well)
200 g milk chocolate
100 g white chocolate
250 g cream cheese
150 g mascarpone
1 sachet instant cappuccino powder (about 15 g)
1 tbsp natural pistachio paste (stir well before using, as it can separate)
Almonds, pistachios, pecans, or other nuts for decorating
