We don’t have to eat a lot of meat, but if we do, then the dish better be great. Try to use free-range or organic chicken if you can - if we mainly stick to veggies and have quality meat from time to time, then it won’t be that expensive. But if you really cannot buy organic now, then just use regular and don’t beat yourself up for it. Surprisingly, there is 21.1 g of protein per 100 g of sunflower seed butter! 🌻 This can’t-stop-snacking-it dessert works for nut allergies, gluten intolerance, and a plant-based diet.
